No they don’t. They land in New Orleans during Madres Gras. THen they take off and land on Venus. They never land on Mars.

No, they land in New Orleans at Mardi Gras time, and assume the strangely dressed people they encounter there are Martians. The only other planet they actually land on is Venus.
